This batch is a little different.
It‘s not just a single stamped part.
It’s two different parts — and they need to be assembled before they can be packed and shipped.
Step 1: Make each part separately
Both parts start as steel coils. Stamped. Deburred. Surface finished. Every piece meets our own standard — smooth edges, accurate dimensions, no burrs.
Step 2: Assemble
Then they go to the assembly station. Not just “put together” — but snapped into place, locked, and checked for stability. Every assembled unit gets a feel check and a visual check.
Step 3: Pack and ship
Only after assembly do they go into the box. Sealed. Palleted. Loaded into the container. Then shipped out.
Why do it this way?
Because the customer doesn‘t want a pile of loose parts. They want a ready-to-use component. By doing the assembly ourselves, we save them one step — and one headache.
We make them. But we don’t just “make them.”
We make them right. We assemble them. And we ship them as a complete package — ready to use.
If you need custom stamped parts, or a component‑style delivery, let‘s talk.
More Than That – We Also Do Micro one
Beyond standard stamped parts and component‑style delivery, we also make micro types
Small in size, thin in material, with tight requirements. Used in electronics, telecommunications, medical devices, and similar industries.
How we do it:
High‑speed presses + in‑house tooling + process sampling. Every batch goes through dimensional and visual checks — no burrs, no deformation.
If you need micro types, or just want to ask whether a small part can be made – send us the drawing. We‘ll take a look.
